By accessing or using PokePrice Lab API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

PokePrice Lab provides Pokemon card pricing and market data focused on European EUR, including sold baselines, listing medians, grader tiers, and seller-country snapshots.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to misuse the API, share keys with unauthorized parties, or use our data to build a competing resale feed without written authorization.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.

To request a refund, email [email protected] and we will assist you through the Paddle billing flow.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. For full details, refer to Paddle's Terms and Conditions.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date Pokemon card pricing data, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data provided through our API.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by PokePrice Lab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Pokemon and all respective names are trademarks of Nintendo. This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, or Creatures Inc.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POKEPRICE LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

You may not violate applicable laws, infringe on the rights of others, distribute harmful code, bypass rate limits, resell or redistribute data without authorization, or attempt to damage or impair our infrastructure.

Any violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

If we detect API abuse, suspicious activity, rate-limit violations, or breach of these Terms, we may immediately and permanently terminate your access without prior warning.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PokePrice Lab operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
